Getting To The Venue

Built in 1846 as the home of the Royal Southern Yacht Club, The Bugle House is located on the waterfront in the old part of the city overlooking The Royal Pier at the bottom end of Southampton. The venue is easily reachable by car or train and, although there is no parking on site (because it was built before cars were invented!), there is parking available nearby.

By Car

From the Midlands: Via the A34

From London: Via the M3

From the West Country: Via the A30, A303 or A36

There is some on-street parking in Bugle Street and also a number of larger surface and multi-storey car parks nearby. Please make sure that you park somewhere that will be open for the length of time you will be with us at The Bugle House - some car parks are short stay only and some close overnight.

This site may be helpful in finding you suitable parking.

By Train

Southampton Central (not Southampton Parkway) station is 0.9 of a mile from The Bugle House and is about a 15 minute walk or around a 5 minute taxi ride away. There will be taxis on the rank at the station and services like Uber are well provided for in Southampton.
